The brief
Taleju publishes textbooks for young students. Classrooms now have smart boards, but a PDF on a big screen isn't a lesson. The goal was to make each book something a Class 1 student can touch, watch and play with, while teachers stay in control.
What we built
A Flutter app designed for smart boards and tablets: large touch targets, bright readable type, and a page-turning flipbook of the real textbook.
Each chapter becomes a short journey of video, then exercises like matching, sorting, drawing, fill-in-the-blank and crosswords, with a celebration at the end. Books are unlocked with access codes.
Behind it sits a NestJS API over PostgreSQL, media served from Cloudflare R2, and an admin CMS where Taleju's staff publish books, chapters and exercises themselves, with per-person permissions.

The result
A publisher's printed books are now a live digital product their own staff can update, starting with Hamro Serofero 1.
